Grey cloth bound album measuring 257x200 mm, with prints inserted in window mounts measuring 152x108mm. The prints are uncaptioned, but relate to Stein's work as Archaeological Surveyor, North-West Frontier Province and Baluchistan, a post held in tandem with his position as Inspector-General of Education. A few of the photographs in this volume are also reproduced in his Report of Archaeological Survey Work in the North-West Frontier Province and Baluchistan for the Period from January 2nd, 1904, to March 31st, 1905 (Government Press, Peshawar, 1905). |
